Card payment on the website
Online payment for the order using a Visa or MasterCard bank card.
Delivery of goods is possible only after payment confirmation. You can pay for your order online using a Visa or MasterCard bank card.
Payment via payment cards is carried out as follows:- when placing an order on the website, you will be prompted to choose a payment method.
- In the "Payment" field, you need to select "Visa / MasterCard payment".
- After that, you will be redirected to the secure payment system page of the bank, where you will need to confirm the payment.
Only the customer whose full name was specified on the website when placing the order can receive the goods paid for by a payment card; therefore, you must have your passport with you upon receiving the order.
Cash payment "Nova Poshta"
Cash payment upon receipt of the goods is possible in Kyiv via courier delivery, or via cash on delivery through the "Nova Poshta" delivery service
You can pay for your order in cash or cash on delivery when choosing the following delivery methods:- Courier delivery in Kyiv
- Delivery to a "Nova Poshta" branch
- Payment is made in national currency only, after checking the package for compliance with your order and sales receipt.
Upon receiving the parcel at the carrier's branch or from the courier and making the payment, you sign an acceptance certificate, confirming that you have inspected the parcel for compliance with your order, as well as agreeing to the external appearance of the product, its completeness, and having no claims against the online store or the carrier company.
